The Anpuneri Humanitarian Relief Organization (ANPUNERI) held their Annual Dinner on Friday, December 2nd, 2011 at Merlyn's Taste of World Restaurant (www.merlynstasteofworld.co m) in Markham. Following a social hour, the evening's program continued with ANPUNERI presentations discussing current and future project plans, and finally a dinner. 100% of the funds received from the ticket sales will be spent on selected ANPUNERI’s Vanni Area Villages Rehabilitation projects. IMHO Canada is very grateful to Anpuneri for their continued commitment and was honored to collect a check for $5,000 towards efforts aimed at rebuilding lives through livelihoods support and empowerment programs in the community of Ramanathapuram. Congratulations to the ANPUNERI family on another successful year of serving others and helping to bridge the gap!
